Method of extraction

The roots are reduced in powder before the distillation process. The distillation unit is equipped with a turbodistillator that stirs the product during the process. *if the roots are peeled before the distillation the quality is even higher.

Notes:

The iris has to grow 3 years in the soil, then after the harvest 3 more years to dry. This process develops irone. The irone percentage changes the quality of the iris.
