    We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and SEPA bank transfer. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

    • Raw materials: essential oils, absolutes, CO₂ extracts, isolates and IFRA-compliant aroma-chemicals.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship from Italy to 60+ countries via tracked express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx). Average transit time: EU 2-4 business days; non-EU 4-7 business days (customs clearance excluded).

  • How long does it take to prepare an order?
    Orders are picked, quality-checked and packed within 4-6 business days. Complex orders may need extra time, but we guarantee dispatch within 7 days unless otherwise communicated in advance.

  • Can I modify or cancel an order?
    Yes. E-mail hello@scentspiracy.com within 24 hours of purchase and quote your order number.

  • What if an item is out of stock?
    Click “Join Waitlist” on the product page; you will be notified as soon as the item is back.

  • How do I use a promo code?
    Enter the code in the “Promo Code” field at checkout and click “Apply”.

  • What if I receive a damaged item?
    Photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and contact us; we will arrange a free return or priority replacement.

  • Do you offer sustainable packaging?
    We use reusable amber-glass bottles, recyclable aluminium caps and biodegradable packing materials. Shipping emissions are offset through certified partners.

  • Returns & refunds policy
