Fulvio Ciccolo is a perfumer by training and flavourist by trade. 28, and currently based in Sicily. He was led to perfumery by its ability to create powerful emotions from an invisible medium, from nothing. He did the industry circuits, studying at ISIPCA and Grasse Institute of Perfumery and then taking technical roles at Fragrance Resources and Argeville, before branching out with his own (secondary) venture – creating aromatic formulae for all kind of application that we taste and smell.
He started back in 2009 with ISIPCA (the world-renowned perfumery school in Versailles) where he learned perfumes, flavors, and cosmetics along with applied chemistry. He continued to study perfumery in Germany at a company called Fragrance Resources, now part of the IFF group, under the training of master perfumer Rolf Czyppul (Robert R. Calkin student). He was also a GCMS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) technician for a time.
Jumped from company to company until he ended up in Grasse where was boarded in Argeville as a technical perfumer.This led him to join the ERINI Lab (European Research Institute of Natural Ingredients) where he could work in-depth in the analytical field.
He creates tailor-made fragrances for individuals and for third-party clients.
He is also member of the French Society of Perfumers (SFP) since 2015.
